Stopped at tractor & supply this week to spend some more money! Mesh wall cart ($55) to help loading and unloading the Kart from the trailer. Trailer tongue storage box ($90) for storing stuff on the trailer.
Rain Thursday night and threat of rain with some severe storms for tonight's racing. The track was going to announce at 3:00 then waited till 3:30 to say racing was on. Joy got home from work and we pulled the Kart out and changed the oil and blew the air filter out, checked the tires and added a drop of brake fluid to the lines. Jamie called the track around 5:00 and they said it was still on but they had chance of rain in area. We were just about finished when it started sprinkling here. We quickly loaded the Kart up and decided we would sit tonight out. Just about then it stopped raining, go figure. It started sprinkling again but once again faded and stopped. Either they are going to have a great night of racing with chance of rain or they are going to all get wet!
Well it sounds like they had a good night of racing (20 Karts showed up to race) and we missed out! We didn't run so Jaz didn't get any points and slipped all the way down to 32nd in the standings:
