It rained yesterday and the track and pit area were a bit muddy. Unloaded and Jaz ran her hot laps and ran across the scale at 355lbs.
Heat 1 - Jaz started 3rd and had a great start and moved up to 2nd and had more speed but couldn't figure a way around the 1st place Kart. The 3rd place Kart tried to pass a few times and we thought she was going to take Jaz on the inside but Jaz had the power coming out of the corners. She finished 2nd and ran across scales at 359lbs.
Heat 2 - Jaz started 3rd behind 14t and had another good start. She was right behind the 2nd place Kart and waited for him to get a little loose up high and made the pass on the iside and held on for another 2nd place finish. We are having a great time and Jaz is singing as she sits in the Kart. She runs across the scales at 358lbs.
Feature - Jaz started on the poll. They had trouble getting started and finally started in single file. Jaz was holding the lead with 14t coming on strong. 14t was able to make the pass low on Jaz and not sure what was happening as Jaz fell back to 5th and was battling 35jr. Not sure where she finished, maybe 7th. She ran across the scales 355lbs.
